Delete your account

Delete your account and your data.

You can do it yourself in a minute, in the app or on the website, or ask us by email.

In the app or on the website

  • Sign in.
  • Open your profile (business owners: open Settings).
  • Choose Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm.
  • Your account is erased straight away and you are signed out.

Cannot sign in?

Email [email protected] from the email address on the account (or tell us the WhatsApp number). We delete the account within 14 days and confirm by reply.

What is erased

  • Your account, sign-in records and the phone tokens used for notifications.
  • Your reviews, questions, requests, saved searches, applications and inquiries.
  • If you ran a business listing: your answers, description, settings, jobs and uploaded documents. The listing goes back to a public record.
  • Any paid plan is cancelled with our payment provider first.

What is not

Messages other people sent to businesses stay with those businesses, and the public-record facts about a listing (name, town, type) stay because they never belonged to your account. To remove or correct a listing, use Contact.
