How a tap review works

• Open the business and tap Leave a review.
• Tap who you are to the business and what they did for you.
• Tap how it went and what stood out, from choices written for that type of business.
• Send it. A short sentence is composed from your taps and shown on the business page.

Fair by design

• You can review a business once a year.
• An owner cannot review their own business.
• The owner can answer, with taps, and can describe their business in a section clearly labelled as the owner's, not a review.
• We show real counts: the stars you see are the reviews that exist.

Google and Yelp reviews

Reviews on Google are written on Google. Where a business has a Google listing, we link to its Google review page and we do not screen or change what you write there.
