Who can review and how often

• Anyone signed in can review a business they dealt with.
• One review per business per year.
• An owner cannot review their own business.

What owners can do

• Answer a review, with taps.
• Describe their business in a section labelled as the owner's, not a review.
• Ask for a review with a link or QR poster. Reviews are written by customers, not by the owner.

Honest counts

The stars and counts shown are the reviews that exist on BeatTheDoor. Google and Yelp scores are separate and belong to those services.
